Recently Skylar Grey threw a Reject Party where she streamed live her songs that had been commissioned and then declined by other artists.

Skylar revealed that over recent five years she saved a lot of unreleased material in her “Rejected” folder – songs that had been written for shows, movies and singers such as Rihanna. Demi Lovato and others.

One of those tracks, “I Am A Soldier” immediately became fans’ favourite and many of them agreed that this song deserves to be released.

It was initially written for a new James Bond movie “No Tie To Die” and you can tell, as it sounds epic. Skylar introduced the track during her stream:

I sent [James Bond people] a song and they responded to us and said they’re only working with British people for the James Bond song. And then they ended up using Billie Eilish. Which is awesome, I love Billie Eilish. But I was like, “Okay. She’s not British, but okay”.

We made some video edits to accompany this song. Give it a go and share what you think in comments below or directly on our YouTube channel.

Skylar please, we all are begging you to release this song. If there are any reasons that stop you from releasing it officially, just give us (email support[@]eminem.pro) a hint where to find a better quality record and we’ll upload it as a Lyrics Video to our channel. The song as beautiful as this one should not be hidden, it deserves love and recognition.
