An Instagram post from 50 Cent is stirring up BMF drama — and maybe a new project.

50 Cent has reignited controversy with a single Instagram post, calling Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory, a “rat” and suggesting his former associate Tammy Cowins holds key information. He wrote:

The biggest mistake he ever made was not sustaining his relationship with (Tammy Cowin). Her tell all docu reveals the truth.

Cowins was once a close business partner of Big Meech, helping to expand BMF’s story into film and TV. Over time, their relationship reportedly soured, and now it seems she is telling her side of the story. 50 Cent’s mention of a documentary has sparked speculation — could he be involved in bringing this project to life? “BMF”, the TV series based on Meech’s life, which 50 Cent produces, is already a hit, but maybe there is more in there to help Fifty expand his empire.

Given his history with “BMF” and his success in TV production, some fans believe 50 Cent might take on a new documentary project about the Black Mafia Family. He previously brought Eminem into BMF for a cameo, using AI to de-age him as White Boy Rick. If Fifty is indeed working on a new doc, it could offer a deeper look into the real-life drama behind the series.

With Big Meech set for release in 2026, his story is far from over. Whether this feud affects “BMF” or leads to a brand-new project, 50 Cent clearly is not done telling the tale.
