On the sidelines of The Icon League tournament in Berlin, KISS FM caught up with Real Madrid legend Marcelo Vieira and hit him with a rapid-fire hip hop challenge — and the Brazilian star showed some serious love for Eminem.

Asked to pick his favourite from classic rap matchups, Marcelo lingered over Nas and went with Tupac over him when given a choice, but he made a decisive call once Slim Shady’s name came up — and never looked back. From that point on, he stuck with Eminem over Biggie, Snoop Dogg, Lauryn Hill, André 3000, LL Cool J, J. Cole, 50 Cent, Ice Cube, DMX, Missy Elliott, Method Man, and Ludacris.

The only contender who gave him pause was Method Man. “Ah, I love this guy”, Marcelo said anxiously, but even that was not enough to knock Eminem off the top spot.
