Marshall keeps helping support kids going through a rough patch in partnership with the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
The foundation organises meet-ups with Em for children diagnosed with cancer. Of course, not only that. Yet there have been a lot of young people whose wish is literally that — to meet Eminem, their favourite artist, their inspiration, their role model.
These meetings could happen all around the world – backstage at his show, in a hospital, etc. Now, it seems, Em has a perfect location for these events inside his own Mom’s Spaghetti restaurant in Detroit.
Marshall never boasts about his charity activities and the only way to learn about it is to notice a participant sharing his experience online publicly. This is what Ben Lerma from Texas just did. On his Instagram account, he posted a couple of photos with Eminem taken during their meeting.

For Ben it was more than just a “meet a celeb” day, because he also makes music and even has an EP up on Spotify. Yes, there are only 9 monthly listeners but everybody has to start somewhere.
On the same day, at the same location, Marshall met two more young cancer survivors, Kylie and Tabitha.
