Eminem’s timeless anthem “Lose Yourself” has reached 8× Platinum certification in New Zealand, marking yet another milestone for the iconic track.

The legendary single “Lose Yourself” continues to break records two decades after its release, earning 8× Platinum certification in New Zealand for 240,000 units sold. Originally released on October 28, 2002, as the lead single from the “8 Mile” soundtrack, the track became Eminem’s first Billboard Hot 100 No. 1, holding the top spot for 12 consecutive weeks.

“Lose Yourself” made history as the first hip hop song to win an Academy Award for Best Original Song. It also earned two Grammy Awards for Best Rap Song and Best Rap Solo Performance.

The song’s accolades extend far beyond New Zealand.
