Last time we saw Eminem involved in a TV spot was when he advertised his own restaurant in Detroit “Mom’s Spaghetty”.
This new ad from PepsiCo won’t allow us to see Marshall at all. But we can hear his voice, which is probably the next best thing. In a 30s video edit of the highest acclaimed athletes of the recent years, Marshall states:
You wanna be like greats? First, believe you are. Greatness requires drip. Not like that. Like this! The greats are not afraid to fail. They’re fuelled by it. Trophies require greatness but greatness does not require trophies because greatness is not about what you have done, it’s about what you do next.
But that’s not all of Eminem you can see on this ad. This inspirational statement is laid over a reef from “Won’t Back Down” together with P!nk for “Recovery”.
