Philadelphia’s rising artist, Andre “FIFTEENAFTER” Powell, has found himself in the spotlight after being featured on Eminem’s track “Like My Shit”.

Originally a bonus track on the digital version of “The Death of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce)”, the song gained wider exposure with the release of the Expanded Mourner’s Edition.

The collaboration came about thanks to producer DA Got That Dope, who suggested bringing FIFTEENAFTER onto the hook. For an artist with 3,000 monthly listeners on Spotify, this is undoubtedly a career-defining moment. FIFTEENAFTER celebrated the milestone by sharing a video of himself driving and bumping the track on his social media. He captured it with:

Still can’t believe I’m on Eminems album 🤯

While many fans showed love, the young artist also got a glimpse of the hate that often comes with the territory.

In good spirits, FIFTEENAFTER responded with humour, posting,

You can’t celebrate shit on here 😂

It seems he’s taking the mix of praise and abuse in stride, embracing the ride that comes with being part of such a massive project.
