The Shady Records’ newest artist did not hide his excitement while talking about his experience working with Eminem during a press conference in Manila.
Ez Mil, the rising star signed to Shady Records, shared a fun behind-the-scenes story about meeting Eminem for the first time. Speaking to the audience, he described his awe at how down-to-earth the rap legend was.
He’s so humble! I was so starstruck when I met him,” Ez Mil said. “Just the fact that when I walked in the studio, he stood up and said, ‘Ezekiel, where have you been for the last 20 years?’ I was four, bro! He’s just so humble. That’s what surprised me. His head is not in the clouds. He’s just a stout guy. RAPS VERY GOOD.
Ez Mil and Eminem have already teamed up twice. Their first collaboration, “Realest”, appeared on Ez Mil’s debut Shady Records album “DU4LI7Y: REDUX”. Their second track, “Head Honcho”, is featured on Eminem’s latest album “The Death of Slim Shady”. Both songs showcase the impressive chemistry between the two, blending Ez Mil’s fresh energy with Eminem’s sharp lyricism.
With Eminem in his corner and these powerful tracks under his belt, Ez Mil continues to rise as a standout voice under Shady Records.
