Drake’s massive interview with Rap Radar brought a lot of topics to discuss, like his beefs or his appreciation to Griselda and thoughts about working with Benny the Butcher, or how he became a singing rapper.

This style is something that not everyone accepts but is something that certainly works for a wider public and for Drake personally. However, the idea to integrate so much singing in his songs did not come to him out of the blue, explained Drizzy, talking about people who inspired him:

There’s a lot of people that contributed to that. There’s people that inspired me. Obviously, 50 Cent. “21 Questions” will probably be my most inspiring example of a guy who’s not supposed to be singing, singing.
