The Westсoast lyricist refuses to elaborate, but he feels the time is nigh for Eminem to drop a new project.

The D.O.C. retweeted a fan’s question about the release and then responded to the second direct prompt about the timing with a vague:

Probably pretty close but I can’t say.

However non-committal this comment is, it nevertheless shows that people who work with Dr. Dre are aware that Marshall’s album is in the works and feel like it is almost done. To the point that they allow themselves to talk about it. The D.O.C. has been working with Dr. Dre for many years. He wrote songs for N.W.A., Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg, and other hip hop artists. His most recent appearance was recorded for Dre’s fresh collaboration with Eminem “Gospel” released through GTA.
