The veteran rapper and producer from the Bronx reported on spending studio time with Dr. Dre.

Diamond D’s production credits include Busta Rhymes, Fugees, Outkast, Fat Joe, Queen Latifah, Xzibit and many others. His only track with Fugees earned him a Grammy in 1996, however, one of the most consistent artists Diamond D Collaborates with is Xzibit. They work on something right now.

Recently, the veteran producer posted photos from the lab when they work on something with The Alchemist and Westside Gunn, giving the hint of things to come. Yet another studio connection sparked even more interest. Diamond D was let in on Dr. Dre unreleased music, and he could not praise it high enough in his Instagram post:

@drdre played about 2hrs of straight unreleased heat rocks for me and @xzibit today #ondeck shouts out to @focus3dots

This evidence of Dre being productive and sharing his music with colleagues keep piling up. Will his fans get a release date for a new album any time soon?
