The first ever hip hop project to do so, the sixth across all genres — “Curtain Call: The Hits” celebrates a new charting milestone.

Marshall released his first greatest hits album in December 2005. It debuted at No.1 on the UK Albums Chart and Billboard 200 after just two sales days. Since then, it has never left the chart for long. The total amount of weeks it’s been charting on the Billboard 200 now amounts to 600 weeks, or 11.5 years.

In 2017 the project was declared the longest charting hip hop project in history, with 350 charting weeks recorded. Nothing has changed, but the number of weeks “Curtain Call: The Hits” remains on the chart. It is still the longest running hip hop project on the Billboard 200, the only one within the Top 10.
