Crook shared a proud moment with fans as he unboxed a new plaque for his work with Eminem on “Music to Be Murdered By”.
He posted a video on his socials, holding up the new plaque and saying:
I already had the Gold one, now I’ve got the Platinum one. It’s official. Shout out, Shady! Shout out to everybody who bumped that joint on the album, too. Appreciate y’all. Peace.
He is featured on “I Will” alongside Royce da 5’9 and Joell Ortiz, one of many moments he has shared with Em. In the same year as MTBM came out, he sat down with Marshall for one of his best interviews on Crook’s Corner. He had even showcased Em’s production skills on tracks like “Hot Sauce” and “Liquor Store Church” with Family Bvsiness.
“Music to Be Murdered By” went Platinum in March 2022. If Crook got his Gold plaque less than a year after the album’s certification, then this time, it took the management three years to send Crook the recognition of his stellar job. However, Crook is not sweating it. He is grateful for the journey and ready for what is next.
