Producer and songwriter Mark Batson has been helping artists to put their feelings on wax for almost 20 years. His recent involvement in producing “Music To Be Murdered By” and MTBMB; Side B brought him a new trophy.

It is still not an official RIAA platinum certification which everyone patiently awaits as the album next certification is long overdue, but recognition from some other organisation. You can notice its logo on the picture below: “HIT Industry Awards Program”. The label recognises Mark Batson’s “production work on Eminem’s platinum album “Music To Be Murdered By” with over 1 billion streams”. The plaque is dated by 17 January 2021.

Mark posted a photo of a plaque on his Instagram and captioned it with gratitude to Eminem and Dr. Dre:

Today celebrating more than 1 million albums and 1 billion streams since release …another jewel for us in the crown of Team Shady. Realizing today that I’ve been a part of this for almost 20 years. Sending thanks to #eminem #drdre #shadyrecords #Hit, One Unlimited Media and @kittydynamo
