Riding a wave of success from Taylor Swift’s ongoing German tour, “The Tortured Poets Department” has blasted back to No.1. Not only Eminem’s highly anticipated “The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce)” had to settle at a respectable No.2, disappointing the German fans.
Other hot new releases are struggling to keep pace with this sudden resurgence. dArtagnan, Enhypen, John Lennon, and Cigarettes After Sex round out the top 10, not being able to compete with those two charting juggernauts.
Meanwhile, on the singles chart, “Houdini” soars 8 points to No.4, almost back up to its peak of No.3.
