Eminem’s compilation “Curtain Call 2” has officially reached platinum status in the UK, adding another recognition of the strength of his back catalogue.

Released in August 2022, “Curtain Call 2” took fans on a trip down memory lane, revisiting some of Em’s greatest hits from his post-hiatus era, starting with “Relapse” in 2009. It wasn’t just a nostalgia trip, though. The album also boasted two brand new tracks featuring heavy hitters like CeeLo Green and Snoop Dogg and a historic, previously unreleased joint with 50 Cent.

The album made a strong debut, hitting number six on the US Billboard 200 and number three on the UK Albums Chart. But the real chart-topper was pure album sales, where “Curtain Call 2” reigned supreme in its first week.

Now, a platinum certification from the British Phonographic Industry signifies that over 300,000 units have been sold in the UK since the album’s release.
