A recent online interaction between Marshall and professional boxer Terence Bud Crawford led fans to believe that Eminem might walk him out for the fight with Errol Spence Jr this Saturday night.
The idea fascinated not only fans but boxing and TV people. Boxing News Outlet @boxingsocial caught Stephen Espinoza, sports and corporate executive and the president of Showtime Sports and directly asked him if Eminem would be doing the ring walkout for Crawford. The executive didn’t give a strict answer but the level of his excitement and poor attempt of wiggling out of the situation sound more like a confirmation that avoidance:
I’m terrible, I know my responses give me away. I’ve heard the same rumours and I’m sworn to secrecy, but I would not miss the ring walks. I wouldn’t.
