When you’re famous like Drake, everything you do can — and often — will be put under a microscope.
When Drizzy performed “Days in the East” at his fifth annual OVO Fest on Sunday, he flashed red-tinged images of a woman and the number 6 on the big screen behind him, and a number of media outlets reported that the Cash Money star was throwing shade at his former flame Rihanna.
“Drake: Rihanna Is The Devil” read a headline on TMZ.
Well Drake took to Twitter to try and clear things up, explaining that the number 6 on the screen was inspired by the title of his upcoming album Views From the 6 and that he still thinks the world of Rih. He also believes she is going to make a killing on herMonster tour with Eminem, which kicks off tonight.
My album title is VIEWS FROM THE 6. The 6 is Toronto. Rih is a great girl who I know is about to kill this tour with Eminem. It's all love!!
