The West Coast lyricist works on his new album that, he feels, will be his best so far. Yet, he is not giving the fans any clues about a highly anticipated feature from Eminem.
The conversation started with a question about Crook’s preferences in his own catalogue. It is not easy to choose between your own creative projects. Still, Kxng has managed to pick his favourites and share that his WIP is the one that excites him the most:
The Sixteen Chapel was a whole album and it was pretty good. GVE1 is up there. Apex umm 🤔 the one I’m working on will probably take the crown

It did not take long for the question about Eminem’s feature to pop out. Crook, however, was not inclined to keep this conversation going. His only response was a zipper-mouth face emoji.

The Slaughterhouse MC knows perfectly well that his tweets find their way to headlines fast, and whatever he says about Marshall will be used as source material. Even if he demonstratively says nothing.
Of course, everybody expects Marshall to show up to record what his friend considers his magnum opus. Moreover, back in February, Crook said that Good vs Evil 3 would be his last project before retirement and that he would go out with a bang. However, he admitted right away that Marshall disagrees with his plan.
Hopefully, not to the extent of sabotaging Crook’s record. Their recent collaborations were impressive, mature and showcased their best abilities, whether it was a friendly rapping competition on “I Will” from “Music to Be Murdered By”, or production work that Eminem did for Crook’s side project with his brothers Family Bvsiness.
